1. Join the PropertyLark Buyers’ Network

First and foremost, you have to qualify to join the PropertyLark home buying network. We don’t work with just any old real estate investor or interest buyer. We are looking for people who know what they are doing and will be able to make the most of the home buying services that we offer. Fill out the contact form and brief buyer questionnaire that can be found to the right of this page (or on any of the buyer pages of our website). We’ll review your information and let you know if you qualify for the network.

2. Search Excellent Properties for Sale

Once you have been approved as a PropertyLark buyer, you will have direct access to all of our property listings. We use proprietary software and an in-depth custom analytics process to identify and review different properties. We are very picky about what we choose to make offers on and bring to our network of buyers. As a qualified PropertyLark member, you will be able to search all of our house listings and find the best deals in the areas of your choice.

3. We Bring Properties to You

As you get more involved with the PropertyLark network, we’ll be able to better understand your wants and needs as a real estate investor. We may identify and send houses that meet your criteria directly to you via email and text messaging. You let us know what you are looking for and we’ll help you find it. Beyond just cash deals, we may bring you other financing options such as lease options and subject-to financing based on the seller’s situation and whatever works best for you as a buyer.

4. Close the Deals Quickly

Our system is set up to close on houses as quickly as possible. We’ve been able to close cash transactions in as few as seven days. This helps sellers get out from under their houses as soon as possible, while also benefitting the buyers who want to take over the property right away. This gets you in the house to start making renovations and getting it ready for resale or rental.
