Do I Need to Be Prequalified?

You must qualify to join the exclusive PropertyLark home buying network. We don’t accept just anybody. We are looking for serious investors who have the drive, skills and means to invest in real estate. Whether you are looking to buy one investment property or dozens, we have the resources you need.

How Do I Qualify?

The first thing you need to do is apply. Visit our Buyers pages and fill out the contact form at the top. There is a brief questionnaire that you will have to fill out. From there, we will set up an appointment with one of PropertyLark’s buyer consultants. Our goal is to ask you pertinent questions and get to know your real estate investment goals.

Are There Set Requirements?

Each candidate will be reviewed by the PropertyLark team on a case-by-case basis. Every investor is unique and no two situations are exactly the same. We will look over all your information and determine if you qualify to become an exclusive member of the PropertyLark home buying network.

What Information Do You Need from Me?

You can fill out the PropertyLark home buyer qualifying questionnaire at any time. It will ask you simple questions about where you are looking to buy, your financing options, your spending budget and other information. We want to understand your investment goals and how you intend to purchase properties from a financing perspective.

How Does the Process Work?

The questionnaire is very simple and should only take you a couple minutes to fill out. If we think you might be a good candidate, then we will contact you with 3-5 business days for further consultation. Between the questionnaire and the personal interview, we will be able to determine if you are a good fit for our network. Once you are approved, you will be set up with a personal account that allows you to access all of our online home buying resources.
